Best Camping in Kenya - 10 Days
DAY
1: NAIROBI/MAASAI MARA

hours: Leave Nairobi via the Great Rift Valley for Maasai Mara Game
Reserve, picnic, lunch and game drive en route. Dinner and overnight
at the camp.
DAY
2 AND 3: MASAI MARA
The
next two days are spent game viewing. The black-manned Lion, Leopard,
Cheetah and Buffalo are among the many species that can be seen. All
meals and overnight at the campsite.
DAY
4: MASAI MARA/NAKURU

hours: After breakfast leave Maasai Mara for Nakuru. Picnic or hot
lunch en route. Lake Nakuru National Park is often described as an "ornithologist's
paradise ". Dinner and overnight at Nakuru Camp.
DAY
5: NAKURU/SAMBURU

hours: Pre-breakfast game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, noted
for it's huge concentration of Flamingoes. Besides birds, it is possible
to see small game like Water Buck, Impala, Rhino and Buffalo in the
garden surroundings. After breakfast, leave for Samburu, lunch and game
drive en route.
DAY
6: SAMBURU
Morning
and afternoon game drives in Samburu Game Reserve. Lunch and leisure
break between 1.00 PM and 4.00 PM. All meals and overnight at the Camp.
DAY
7: SAMBURU/AMBOSELI VIA NAIROBI
After
breakfast depart for Amboseli National Park via Nairobi, lunch and game
drive en route. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
DAY
8: AMBOSELI

hours: Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return
to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast proceed for a further game
drive. Lunch at the camp.

hours: Late afternoon game drive returning to the camp for dinner
and overnight.
DAY
9: AMBOSELI/TSAVO WEST
Early
morning proceed for your last game drive as you leave camp for Tsavo
West National Park, game viewing and lunch en route. On arrival in Tsavo
set up camp. Dinner and overnight.
DAY
10: TSAVO WEST/TSAVO EAST
Visit
the Mzima Springs en route to Tsavo East National Park where hippos
and crocodiles can be seen swimming in the clear waters. Afternoon game
drives in Tsavo East National Park after setting up Camp. Meals and
overnight at Camp.
DAY
11: TSAVO EAST/NAIROBI

hours: After breakfast proceed for a game drive. After lunch, leave
for Nairobi.
DAY
10: MT. KENYA/NAIROBI

hours: Breakfast then drive South of Mt. Kenya Lunch en route arriving
Nairobi around 2.30 pm.

014 Loita Hills Trekking - 6 Days
The
trek will take you across the long range Loita hills with panoramic
views. You will see a lot of wild animals on foot but you don't have
to worry as your guide is a local Maasai and does not fear the animals.
Day
1: Nairobi-Maji Moto
Leave Nairobi at 9.30 am in
a Safari Minibus and drive leisurely to Maji Moto for lunch. Hike to
Olganyiru hill to view the panorama return to our camp for dinner and
overnight.
Day
2: Maji Moto-Motorok
After
breakfast walk in the hills with the beautiful scenarios to Motorok
for dinner and overnight, lunch enroute, 6 to 8 hrs walk.
Day
3: Motorok- Otulelei
Leave
Motorok campsite after breakfast, to Nadugoro caves (Otulelei) via Narosora
shopping center. Visit the caves in the evening in good time for bird
watching. Dinner and overnight in our camp either in tents or the Maasai
Manyatta.
Day
4: Otulelei-Nchoroi
Leave
Otulelei camp after breakfast to Nchoroi Campsite 13km walk 5 to 7 hrs
lunch enroute, variety of birds and the colobus monkey to see on the
way. Dinner and overnight in tents inside the bush.
Day
5: Nchoroi-Nguruman
After
breakfast leave Nchoroi early morning to Nguruman. Explore between the
Loita Hills crossing the Entasopia river several times, viewing some
water falls and rock formation on the way to the escarpment, have a
breathtaking panorama at the view point with the last bit of the Great
Rift Valley descending into Lake Natron in northern Tanzania.
After photography descend to Nguruman town for dinner and overnight
stay in a local hotel.
Day
6: Nguruman - Nairobi
After
breakfast transfer to Magadi Soda Lake to see the birds and wild beast.
Transfer to Nairobi via Olorgesaile pre-historical site for lunch and
onward to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
